BIG WAKE UP CALL

I had a doctor appointment today. Out of all the so-called wake up calls I have had in the past ten years after worsening health scares and losing loved ones to both preventable and non-preventable illnesses and diseases,, THIS WAS THE ONE! What she told me and HOW she told me grabbed my heart as if someone had strangled my neck. I am at a humongous risk for a heart attack and if that happens, will I still be around to do what I love?

Well, damn, This is a call to action. I have a thoroughly laid out a plan for success and I have absolutely no excuses anymore. Enough dicking around. I want to be around to see my dreams come true.
